Pumpkin Puree REcipe

This pumpkin puree recipe is a key ingredient for  recipes such as breads, pie, cake, baby foods, and many others. No need to waist another pumpkin after Halloween. Just cut the pumpkin in half, clean it out, bake to tender, peel the skin off, whip until creamy, and it's ready to add to favorite recipes such as homemade pumpkin pie.  So easy, yet so good and nutritious.  Also check out

Pumpkin Puree Recipe Directions

Cut the pumpkin in half and clean out the seeds and pulp. Save the seeds for baking. 

Put the two pumpkin halves in the oven anyway you like. Facing down, facing up, sliced, etc. 

Bake until tender. Could be anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour depending on the size of the pumpkin and the accuracy of the oven.

Peel pumpkin and place in a bowl

Mix until creamy

and your done!  Great for breads, pies, cakes, baby food, and much more.  Enjoy!
